Data Base technologies Integrate the information being collected as a part of normal operations into meaningful reports (views) that describe the activities of the business.  Who are the clients that profit the most from your services?  Who are the clients that drain the business resources?

OSG7 will review the business activities, propose a process to integrate the information as part of the operations.  OSG7 will create different 'views' of the business and with the training programs available permit you to create your own 'views' of the business.  This will permit you to focus business  resources on those clients that need you the most.  Where it makes sense these 'views' can also be integrated into the web, for both the client and for other locations of your business.
